Refund Policy

Building a resume and downloading it is free — one resume, every template, a free watermark-free PDF or TXT export, no credit card required. You never need a refund for something you didn't pay for.

If you subscribe to a paid plan (Plus or Pro) and it's not right for you, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund, no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to the first charge on a new subscription.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly). We'll do our best to remind you before a renewal charge. Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, but if you cancel promptly after a renewal you didn't mean to keep, reach out — we review these on a case-by-case basis.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access to your paid plan's features until the end of the period you already paid for — we don't prorate or refund partial periods, but you also won't be charged again after cancelling. Cancelling never deletes your resumes; anything over the Free plan's limits simply becomes read-only until you upgrade again or remove the extras.

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.
